In addition to these musical endeavors, he is self-taught in music production and sound engineering, he has also taken several visual arts lessons during the beginning of his freshman and sophomore years of high school. Saulo is incredibly interested in experimental popular music and modern-day classical music, specifically how new technology and electronic progression can expand what classical music can be. His goal is to make experimental classical music more accessible, enjoyable, and fun to listen to while still being innovative, he hopes to achieve this by implementing music production and sound engineering to classical music. Some of his biggest inspirations are Igor Stravinsky, Conlon Nancarrow, and A.G Cook. In Fall 2021, he will be leaving Miami to pursue a degree in Flute Performance at the Bard Conservatory in New York, studying with the flute professor Tara Helen O’Connor.
